Sushi Samba is located in the chic Palazzo hotel and was recently named by London’s The Times as one of the ‘Top Five Gourmet Venues’ in Las Vegas. It was designed by ICRAVE, a Manhattan-based firm known for its innovation and interactive spaces. Sushi Samba’s Décor is all about the drama; it celebrates the vibrant culture, cuisine and design of Japan, Brazil and Peru. The dynamic architectural details give balance to the Brazilian-style art, adding to The Vibe of this rocking Vegas hot spot with upbeat, unique spaces that generate a cool and pulsating energy. In The Crowd we spotted some of the cast members of the TV show “Entourage”. Samba Sushi is best known for its vast collection of sake DRINKS. A broad fusion of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian FOOD also promises to delight the palate. The most coveted item on the menu is the miso-glazed sea bass plated with Peruvian corn. We thought the most unusual item was the Sawagani, a Japanese river crab likened to a tasty potato chip. The chefs serve organic and fresh foods daily, plated in a manner that invites communal sharing. We Love that Sushi Samba is supporting the growing movement to protect at-risk fish; the managers have voluntarily removed bluefin tuna from the menu.
