Modern Home + Living threw a huge launch party for its 2nd Issue which goes on sale this week. The invite-only event was a huge success packing the ultra-sexy J.Lounge in Downtown LA in less than 2hours. Verizon and DirectTV sponsored the ultra-exclusive party. There were no shortages of celebrity sightings as everyone mingled in private cabanas at the outdoor patio and partied the night away in the indoor dance-floor. The stunning E! Entertainment host, Ashlan Gorse hosted the event. The key element of the night was when Grammy Award Rapper, T-Pain took the stage and performed his hit singles. His performance tore the house down! Afterward, the crowd got treated to a very special surprise. Recent Basketball Championship winner, Ron Artest of the LA Lakers, awed fans with a special rendition of his song, Champion!

It was definitely a night to remember. We're already looking forward to the next MH+L party and we hope you are too. All I know, is that you don't want to miss it.
